Wall Systems

Address a deeper flood, more extreme wicking, or a leak that started inside your wall. DBK’s target drying mats work equally well on all types of construction, and the precision heat created by the Drymatic Boost is safe for concrete, block, brick, tradition wood stud and drywall construction, or even plaster.

4x1m Wall Mat

Wall Systems

This smaller wall mat has the added feature of being joinable at either end, allowing you to use multiple mats with only one air mover and Drymatic Boost.
Easily dry the base around an entire room; Down to the sill, and even around corners. See thermal image after 10 minutes, and after 1 hour of using the wall mat:

Floor Mats

Each mat can be joined to others by using one of 2 sizes of connectors attached to the Velcro strip around the edge of the mat.

Connect to the Drymatic Boost, and micro jets of precision controlled heat direct air toward the surface of the material. This focuses the thermal energy into the wet material rather than heating up the full volume of air in the room, and waiting for the heat to diffuse into the material. Increasing the in-depth temperature of the material itself will significantly increase the evaporative rate of bound moisture from the material. These micro jets of air are essential as they break the boundary layer (surface tension) and allow additional moisture to transport to the surface.

The floor mats come in the following sizes:
3m Length: 3 x 2m | 3 x 1.5m | 3 x 1m | 3 x .5m
2m Length: 2 x 1.5m | 2 x 1m | 2 x .5m
1m Length: 1 x 1m | 1 x .5m

Combination Mats

They are perfect for addressing the natural wicking at the base of a wall, or fitting behind things that need to be left in place as you dry. Just like the standard sized mats, multiple pieces can be joined using a small 30cm Velcro connector.

These versatile new mats come in three sizes:
3.0 x 0.5m | 2.0 x 0.5m | 1.0 x 0.5m

Speciality Drying Solutions: Accessories designed to be used when technicians are faced with drying difficult to reach areas such as crawlspaces, voids or cavities.

The Octopus System

The tentacles can be fed under suspended floors to provide warm, dry air into the void; drying both the slab and the underside of the board at the same time. The system can also be used to dry underneath kitchen cabinets or in wall cavities.

This setup focuses thermal energy into the wet material rather than heating up the full volume of air in the room. Increasing the in-depth temperature of the material itself will significantly increase the evaporative rate of bound moisture in the material. The micro jets are essential as they break the boundary layer (surface tension) and allow additional moisture to transport to the surface.

Injectors
The wall injectors can be fitted to the perimeter of any mat, or the solid body of The Octopus System to provide a gentle stream of warm, dry air into a specific area i.e. in wall cavities, or under cabinets.

The injectors come in packs of 5 and feed off the controlled source of heat supplied via the Drymatic Boost. A small 7/16” hole can be drilled into the material to allow the injector to be fed into the area affected, while maintaining the possible fire rating of the drywall. A gentle stream of warm, dry air will then be forced into the affected area assisting the drying process.
